Brightwork Dental Care serves patients from Bath, Brunswick, Topsham, Yarmouth, Freeport, Phippsburg, and the surrounding Midcoast Maine area. We offer a wide variety of services, accept most insurance plans, and are always welcoming new patients at both of our locations.

A Falmouth, ME native with a passion for putting patients first. Dr. Beaulieu brings honesty, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality dentistry to every patient she sees.
Dr. Jordan Hicks
General & Cosmetic Dentistry
A father, avid outdoorsman, and University of Maryland-trained dentist who believes great care starts with patience and trust. Dr. Hicks brings honest, evidence-based guidance to every patient he sees.

Sarah
Practice Administrator
Sarah joined our practice in 2018 after being an Office Manager in a jewelry store for 7 years. She traded in diamonds for teeth, originally as a dental assistant, but quickly realized the front office was her calling. Sarah's passion for dentistry and top-notch customer service make her the perfect person to help our patients with their needs. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband John and their daughter Abigail.
Kirsten
Dental Assistant
Kirsten, a Maine native, earned a certificate through VIP Dental Assisting of Maine in 2015 and joined her first practice in 2016. Kirsten joined Brightwork in 2020 and continued to expand her knowledge in dentistry as well as earning a license as a Dental Radiographer in 2022. When not assisting Dr. Beaulieu in creating amazing smiles, Kirsten can be found with her fiancé, son and their dog Baxter at their camp in Rangeley.
Meghan
Hygienist
Meghan is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been working in the dental field since 2015. Meghan graduated from the University of New England in 2017. She lives in Lisbon with her husband Christopher, son Julian, twin girls Riley & Ellie and her two French Bulldogs Rudy & Remy. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, traveling, camping, spending time with friends/family, and cheering on her favorite New England sports teams, the Bruins, Red Sox & Patriots.
Dayna
Hygienist
Dayna has been practicing dental hygiene for 38 years and is passionate about helping her patients achieve maximum health. Dayna loves spending time with her five adult children, their families and her first grandchild. In her free time, she enjoys boating and fishing, skiing and other outdoor adventures. She likes living in Bath and walking to work every day.
Katie
Hygienist
Katie is a Maine native who joined the Brightwork team in 2021. Katie graduated from the University of Maine at Augusta in 2016 with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She graduated with high honors and was inducted into Sigma Phi Alpha, a dental hygiene honor society. In addition to holding a license in dental hygiene, she is also authorized to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide.
Katie continues her dental education with classes focused on periodontal therapy, myofunctional therapy, and oral pathology.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Avery and exploring the great state of Maine with their dog Maya.

Office Manager
Heidi Lary is an experienced Dental Office Manager who is passionate about helping patients and creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time by the ocean, and making lasting memories with her family.
Desiree
Dental Assistant
Hi, I’m Desiree! I’m a dental assistant and licensed dental radiographer who loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. I discovered my passion for dentistry and knew it was something I wanted to pursue further. I love continuing to learn while providing the best care possible for my patients. One of my favorite parts of my job is building relationships with patients and creating a positive experience during every visit. Outside of the office, I enjoy exploring new hiking trails, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with my cat.
Julissa
Hygienist
Julissa graduated from the University of New England with her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2014. She enjoys building relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable, and helping achieve and maintain optimal health! She also has a degree in Nutrition, and enjoys learning about how nutrition and oral health impact each other.
In her free time, Julissa loves being outside - boating, skiing, fishing, and going to concerts are some of her favorite activities. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, especially her niece and nephews.
Kelly
Hygienist
Hi, I’m Kelly Magalis! I’ve been a practicing dental hygienist for over 16 years, and I love taking care of our patients' smiles every day. My focus has always been on combining gentle, precise care with a comfortable patient experience. When I’m not at work, I swap my clinical instruments for paintbrushes and camera lenses - focusing my creative energy on landscape and wildlife photography and painting.
