Dr. Jordan Hicks
General Dentistry · Brightwork Dental Care · Bath, ME
Dr. Jordan Hicks joined our practice in February 2026. He brings nine years of dental experience from all over the state. A graduate of Scarborough High School, he went on to earn a degree in Biology from Binghamton University in upstate New York, where he has deep family ties. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and has called Brunswick home ever since.
In recent years, Dr. Hicks has become a father and found great joy in raising his family in Maine. His significant other, Dr. Maegan Beinoras, is also a dentist, and no, they do not talk about teeth all day. Maegan is an avid crafter and keeps their home warm and festive.
Since dental school, Dr. Hicks has completed continuing education courses in areas such as dental implant placement, occlusion, and Invisalign. He takes great pleasure in being able to educate patients on all things dentistry, even when he isn't able to provide the needed care himself.
Dr. Hicks believes in a practice philosophy centered on compassion, timing, and patient readiness. He believes treatment decisions should never feel pressured, and he works collaboratively with patients, respecting their pace and preferences while always offering honest, evidence-based guidance. When the timing is right, he is confident in strongly recommending the treatment he believes will best serve a patient's long-term health.
In his spare time, Dr. Hicks enjoys reading, watching movies and TV shows, traveling, baking, and keeping up with current events. When he isn't chasing around his two young boys, he enjoys running, skiing, and watching basketball, football, and Formula 1. His favorite teams are the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots.
Fun fact: Dr. Hicks worked with Dr. Michelle Beaulieu at his first job, and he sees joining her office as a full circle moment that will benefit patients, staff, and the community alike.
